These spindles are made from 6061 billet aluminum, which means they have great tensile strength. It allows the use of 15" drag wheels on the C6 Z51 & Z06, but you must purchase the optional Wilwood Brake Kit to have the clearance for 15" wheels. The OEM parking brake is retained. These spindles are a bolt-on installation.
