Features/Benefits

  • "Delivery Day: The 70's" is an enthralling Acrylic on Board original painting by celebrated artist David Snyder (aka Dave Snyder). The last of five commissioned by Dan Lekander, Founder of Corvette America, this artwork transports you back to a captivating day at Park Chevrolet.
  • The piece features an array of 1970 Chevrolet models, from the vivacious red Corvette convertible and the stately green Coupe in the showroom to a striking Camaro Z28 and numerous new models crowding the sales lot. The perspective places you inside the showroom, looking out onto the packed lot through a window with the phrase "We're Dealing" playfully written in soap paint.
  • In the center of the painting, a couple stands between the two Corvettes, deeply engrossed in a brochure featuring the red convertible before them. The meticulous detailing brings the scene to life, inviting you to join the couple in their contemplation of the appealing vehicle.
  • In the background, the bustle of Park Chevrolet's Parts & Service building continues unabated, with cars on the lift visible through the open garage doors. A Corvette America parts delivery truck, bearing the company's original PA phone number, sits outside the building, adding a unique touch of historical authenticity.
  • David Snyder (aka Dave Snyder)'s artwork is renowned for its ability to freeze time and bring viewers directly into the moment. "Delivery Day: The 70's" perfectly embodies this talent, as it immerses you in the heady mix of anticipation, excitement, and curiosity of exploring a new car while waiting for your own to be serviced. This is a truly unique opportunity to own a piece of automotive history, captured through the masterful strokes of an acclaimed artist.
