• This is a powder coated red re-manufactured 1965-1982 Corvette caliper.
• With our re-manufactured Delco Moraine calipers we take the time to first clean out and shot-blast each caliper core so that we can then accurately retap each thread to bring it back to its original condition. We then bore out each caliper and sleeve them with high quality stainless steel to ensure longevity and performance.
• Each caliper is then assembled with new pad pins, rubber seals, dust boots, bleeders, and aluminum pistons so that everything operates just as it did back when it was first released.
• The final step in our process is to test each caliper with high pressure nitrogen and state of the art flaw detection equipment to check for any leaks or malfunctions within the final product. Only if it passes our rigorous tests will it then be released to be put in a Corvette for immediate use.
• These calipers are given a red powder coat finish for additional style and protection.
