The position is responsible for network and PC support activities with an emphasis on problem troubleshooting and resolution. Manage network equipment and configurations, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs. Manage VOIP phone system, servers, backup and AD administration. Responsible for inventory of PC hardware, software and network printers.
The ideal candidate has good communication and problem solving skills, should be able to work independently or as a team member, and has working knowledge of network equipment, O365, VOIP, Windows, and AD.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
